Part of the onboarding process for new employees at ditialsee is a two-day Scrum workshop that concludes with the certification exam to become a Professional Scrum Master 1 of Scrum.org. Agile working methods such as Scrum are not the solution to all problems, but they are always an enrichment to the "personal toolbox" of every employee. For this reason, employees who do not primarily work in or with project management also take part in the Scrum workshop.
The result of our October workshop was 5 new Scrum Masters who can now use their newly acquired skills in different professional settings.
