A dilemma describes a difficult decision-making situation, e.g. because positive and negative consequences are difficult to predict. When a company undergoes change, difficult decisions are also involved. A key point here is the involvement of the workforce in the change process. Are employees being heard during the stocktaking process? How, when and to what extent should or may the upcoming changes be communicated by management?
