We are all familiar with the division of certain birth cohorts into generations: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Y, Z and Alpha. Is this division justified because the cohorts share common values or characteristics? Or is it an artificial simplification of our complex society? Susanne Nickel, Eileen Matzner and - of course, as (almost) always - Gunhard and Sven ask themselves these questions.

Published in March, Susanne Nickel's book "Verzogen, verweichlicht, verletzt: How Generation Z is turning the world of work on its head and forcing us to act" is available wherever books are sold.
